Rainbowland Playtime Poem

60

By patriciarose7

Rainbow creatures are out today

Playing on the golden pathway

Through the mysterious woodlands they creep

Trying not to make a single peep!

Sweetly scented air coming from where?

Those rainbow creatures are wondering.

Geego”, the frog, wearing big-rimmed glasses

Hears running water far off in the tall grasses.

Do you think maybe this is the enchanted place?

We’re looking skyward, “Is it somewhere in space?”

Magical waterfalls are just over the horizon

Hurry everyone…there could be a bison!

Well low and behold a fresh smelling spring

And even fish are singing their thing

Wildly coloured flowers, growing like gold!

Here is a place no one has ever told.

How quiet and peaceful this wonderland feels

Just the place that could create many fields,

Surrounded by Gods’ natural beauty you see

Here you can be yourself and feel free.
